From the moment they walked into our home, they were friendly, polite, and courteous. Leo took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained what they were going to do, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Our toilet drain had roots growing alongside it and even starting to come through the flange. Leo and Nick jackhammered the tile, addressed the root issue thoroughly, and completed the repair much faster than I expected. The work looked excellent—solid, professional, and done with care.
