I called this company for an emergency plumbing issue because they said they could come out the soonest. I cancelled other plumbers based on that. They showed up, spent about 20 minutes looking around and fiddling with the plumbing, then told me they only handle emergency calls for “regular customers” — after showing up and doing partial work. That left me with no working toilet at 5 PM on a Saturday and no time to call anyone else. If that’s their policy, they should disclose it upfront, not after wasting time and leaving me worse off than before.
