Terry's work was meticulous, explanations excellent, he waited and tested that the leak was actually fixed. Terry was recommended to me by a neighbor. So when I needed a second plumber to come check the unresolved issue, I asked for Terry. He deserves a bonus for the work he did! I highly recommend you call Done and request Terry! This was the biggest job yet and took 2 days. They had to take the cast iron pipes under my townhome and replace with new ones. They did a wonderful job and always kept me posted as to what they were doing and when they would be turning off the heat or water etc. They had to move a lot of things in my basement and nothing was broken and everything put back where it belonged. They worked very hard and were always friendly. I was impressed that everyone had a specific job to do and did it well. I had plumbers, workers that took out the pipe, some with cameras, some that put in the new pipe and mixed the cement to cover it all up. I have pictures and an estimated bill that they went over with me. I am now going to file a claim with my Insurance company to see if I can get some of the money back and they have a special person who just does claims that is working with me. I like that they are a family business and each person has their special job to do.
