I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Our technician Kirklan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why, while also educating me on a ton of stuff and was able to answer all my questions. After everything was installed he went above and beyond and personally walked me through step by step on how to operate the new generator panel with my equipment to the point where I could do it blindfolded. From the front desk to our technicians they all worked hard to get me taken care of before this big winter storm and now I feel way more prepared. Upfront pricing, no hidden or unexpected charges. What they quote is what you’ll pay even if they run into unforeseen problems.
