Dirty Deeds does an amazing job and we liked them so much we hired them twice. This "Null" person lives in the same condo as me and clearly just likes to complain. Sounds like someone who can never be pleased. The point of leaving reviews here is to provide a review based on their SERVICE. Not about soliciting or "screams shady work" just cause they left their business card. Anyways, I would highly recommend Dirty Deeds LLC. We have been his customer since 2018…when we first noticed water damage on one of our walls. Not only Jay and his crews always arrived on time but they were very thorough and efficient, so our home wasn’t left in a mess for a long time. We had a very bad experience with a prior contractor on its quality and timeliness on delivery. So ever since that job, we have been using Jay’s service whenever we have a home improvement need. Thanks for the grammar correction. But you must have failed to read the NO SOLICITING sign at the front door. Go ahead and proof read that sign for me. This company decided to go into my condo building and leave advertisements on everyone's door knobs. To me, this screams "WE'RE A SHADY COMPANY". just from this advertisement alone, I would say, don't trust them. I don't need anything remodeled, if I did I would start looking for a good business based on their reviews. Leave a card on my door BEGGING for business. BEGGING FOR MY MONEY... Outstanding customer service from the get go, I contacted them so they can bail me out on a DIY project of my own and they did not hesitate to take the job even though it was small. (I know companies that would say "No" to DIYers and small jobs) They were very responsive to my questions and request about availability. The quality of the work was very impressive, they made my room look 10 times better. Dirty Deeds really went above and beyond when they installed the crown molding I had plan to put up over the weekend to finalize the "DIY" project. I would highly recommend them to anybody that is looking to get reliable service, quality work at a modest price. I am back to say we loved his work so much we hired him again for our second remodel project! Again, Jay and his team exceeded our expectations. Their work ethic shines! They were extremely professional and communicated throughout the process. They managed the submittal with our HOA and the city for permitting. They made sure to add protective coverings to the long stretch of communal hallway so that nothing got dirty on the carpets from the remodel. We are very happy with our second remodel project with Dirty Deeds. We highly recommend Jay and his team, you'll be happy with the results! Jay & his team completed a master bath remodel at our condo in Rolling Meadows. Jay is hardworking, punctual and personable.
