I contacted other companies to get quotes and got the run around, unknowledgeable people, outrageous pricing etc. I spoke with Ralph and he gave me fair prices, was straight to the point and spoke with confidence. I decided to go with him. He came and did an excellent job with wiring the Cat6 cables getting the cables through the walls safely as well as installing the monitor cleanly with the wires concealed behind the wall mount. A couple observations. First, they were on time. They were courteous in taking their shoes off in our no shoes home, even when I said it was okay. They were diligent in keeping the areas clean after finishing. They were open to listening to my requests and concerns. If you have ever dealt with anyone in the home improvement industry, you know these are all exceedingly rare qualities. Very timely and effective communication. I texted Ralph and he always responded within a few minutes. I had some ideas on how to run the cables in the house and Ralph was able to give me feedback on my plan. We converged finally with a solid plan. 2. Ralph and Michael did everything efficiently, saving us a lot of time. 3. Ralph and Michael were very patient the whole time. I needed to adjust the orientation of some cameras but they were mounted in a place that I couldn't reach. Michael was so patient and kept adjusting until I was satisfied. In the end, one of the cameras didn't have power, but it turned out that the line was already connected to a switch which I turned off. Michael and Ralph spent like 20 minutes in taking the camera off and checking every lien has power until they figured it out the switch was turned off by me. We all laughed and they helped me install the camera back. I really appreciate their patience. 4. The price is pretty good. I got a quote from another company and Ralph's price was half of that. 5. I don't like drilling holes in the wall and Ralph and Michael avoided cutting walls as much as possible. I was quite happy about that. Overall, I recommend Ralph at Digico.
