While they fixed the drainage issue with better sealant (no new parts) at a cost of $548, the technician damaged the elbow. When brought to their attention, they stated it was already like that. We showed them a picture of the part we’d taken before their arrival. Their reply was an image of the dented elbow part, stating that’s how it was. Take a look for yourself- first two are images of gutter elbow before they came (one is a close up of other), while the third image is what they sent us stating it was like that. Only thing I can think of is, how would we have an image of a non-damaged part? That picture with the non damaged elbow, but improperly draining water, is what compelled the HOA to hire DI Repairs. 9/1/2023 EDIT: Update. Since the original review 6 months ago, it rained here. We were able to confirm that DI Repairs never accomplished what we hired them for- having payed hundreds of $$$’s.
