He understood my needs and budget, and provided the best quote between 3 companies for same models. He answered calls and text when I had questions. They have some of the nicest service people and the office people are just as kind and polite. This year we had Phillip. He was prompt, informative and all around excellent. The sales rep Tyler answered all of my questions clearly and took his time explaining his answers. He responded quickly along the way and was a pleasure to work with. The crew on install day were friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning up after their work. Desert diamond called me and said that my AC system was throwing fault codes and not working correctly. I had not even turned the AC on yet. Arturo was clean, prompt. And definitely new what he was doing. I walked outside with him, and you could see that something had made its way into my unit chewing and shorting wire. He had everything he needed with him and 30 min. Later my unit was up and running. Thanks Arturo and Desert Diamond I'm now ready for the warmer temps. Coming.
