A few days after the tech “fixed” them, all kitchen lights went out again plus both a laundry room light and a patio light—which had been working perfectly before the visit—were no longer working. I contacted the company and they sent the technician back. On the return visit, the patio light was fixed and the kitchen lights were “restored”, but now one of the kitchen lights went out again and the laundry room light is still not working. I was told the problems were due to faulty wiring and that better results would have required purchasing a more comprehensive service or a yearly maintenance plan, which would have been an additional $1,000.
