I would definitely recommend their services! - 5/5 — Anonymous I had an electrical project ranging from standard installation of new outside house lights, to installation of items with little difficulties or challenges, such as, a replacement ceiling fan under a patio cover where the rain had seeped through ruining the first fan, a mounting of an outside decorative motion light above the exterior door of a metal building and the installation of a new mailbox where the house address would light up a dusk and turn off at dawn. Cory had a solution to each unique situation and was willing to complete each installation even if parts of the installation were not electrical in nature. Cory's crew Zach and Glen did all the work and Cory checked on their work at the end of each day. They did a wonderful job and completed all the installations to my satisfaction. Even from our quick conversation on the phone, he was able to give me a better idea of what was going on with my electricity than the other very expensive and general quotes from others to just "replace the entire panel". When he came out, within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem and helped me call the city to get it fixed, even waiting for the city to arrive to make sure the information was conveyed correctly. It turns out it it was a less common electricity problem that only a pro would've been able to diagnose, so I'm super happy I called Corey when I did. Selected Dean’s as the price was extremely competitive and when discussing his work he was very knowledgeable and ready to explain the details. Once I confirmed our intent to move forward, Cory was attentive to move quickly to get all the needed items for permit through and in, and was communicative/clear about the process and performed the work professionally, clean, promptly and to the satisfaction of the required permits. To note - we have RPU and the time line was about 2mos start to finish for the panel given your utility has a major role in shutting down the power and powering back up (this is also generally a pretty quick turnaround).
