I was stressed and they were friendly over the phone. The plumber that came to my home, Michael, was amazing. He was kind and courteous. He explained everything thoroughly and was patient with my questions. He was very professional and his work is neat and thorough. I highly recommend Michael from DB’s Plumbing & Drain! - 5/5 — Anonymous Marv J installed a pressure regulator valve which we did not have and main water shut off valve. It was a very small, tight space and he was able to do the work without cutting into the drywall. He also replaced an old hose bib shut off for the outside water spigot and repaired a section of bent piping in the ceiling. He did the work at a fair price and was very diligent and friendly. He also cleaned up the area after he completed the job. I would not hesitate to have him work on any other plumbing issues that we may have in the future. - 5/5 — Anonymous We can’t speak highly enough of DB’s and particularly Aaron F. When we had a plumbing emergency late in the day, DB’s was the only company able to get someone out that evening. Aaron F. Came out early in the promised window, diagnosed our problem, and got us all set up. He was courteous, incredibly knowledgeable, and did a great job of communicating with us what our issue was and how to address it in the future. The next time we call a plumber, DB’s will be the first call…and we’ll ask for Aaron F. - 2/5 — Anonymous I did not have a good experience with this company. They don’t charge for a service call but then charge a very high price to do the work, in my opinion. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, the price to do the work was very high to me. He was in the house for not more than an hour and fixed the pipe to my shower diverter that I improperly installed. Part of that hour included a delay b/c he needed to charge the battery for his tool, which is understandable due to the cold weather. I’m all about paying for quality work but the price seemed very high. They gave me a military discount which was nice of them but the price was still $350 for 1 hour of work (which required very few parts). I should have politely thanked them for their time and gotten a second quote from a different company. But, I was pressed for time and just had them do the work. I went with this company b/c they had an extremely high rating. I am providing this review so other customers are aware of potential challenges that they may face when requesting similar services. - 5/5 — Anonymous I experienced the worst of the worst plumbing disaster you can imagine. I had sewage back up on multiple floors and it was a hazmat. Aaron from DB Cooper showed up and we worked as a team to rid the biohazard immediately and had the plumbing working again temporarily until they could get a crew out the very next day. Aaron wrote up the invoice and report which was extremely easy for my insurance to read and dispense insurance funds to pay for most services. Not only did Aaron resolve and repair the issue he recommended me to a phenomenal clean up crew (Semper Dry) who came immediately and resolved the aftermath.
