This was so important before us because our outside water pipe burst in the late afternoon, before a second snowstorm. If they hadn't arrived quickly, we would have been without water for days! The men helping us were polite and friendly. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got the materials they needed to fix it. Our busted pipe was in an area that is hard to access, but they safely got to it and fixed the pipe, using only an electric light to see their work. Just called on them again when our kitchen faucet stopped working. Technicians assessed the issue and suggested a fix plus a preventive fix. We agreed to both. Twenty minutes and $500 after they left, faucet stopped working again. Upon follow-up, they cited an additional issue at an and additional cost, not disclosed at the time of service. We are now trying to fix the problem ourselves and will avoid Davis in the future.
