They patiently and expertly installed both systems and were sincerely polite and pleasant. The installation and set up for both devices was highly technical and sophisticated but these men dealt with the process professionally, calmly, patiently, and with careful attention to every detail. I feel so very fortunate that they were the ones who came to my house and helped me! I feel confident that both security systems are properly installed and working as intended. I enthusiastically recommend Davis Door and Sash for ANY project involving doors and windows (and probably other house maintenance projects as well!). Scope: stain two solid slab entryway doors, apply hardware and hang. We've been several weeks without the ability to secure our home. Pencil lines are still on the entry way door facings. Stainless steel latches are still on the door where it's supposed to be bronze; takes a screw driver to open them. Door stain incomplete, top of the doors are hazy whereas the rest of the doors are shiney. The header inserts for the door latches have not been installed. Daylight is clearly visible through the doors. Door kicks misapplied. We've been calling 2.5 weeks now, left several messages without the courtesy of a returned call. Wouldn't work with them again. We'd rather pay a bit more for integrity and respect in knowing that a bigger job won't push back the completion of our project as stated by the receptionist. You received your money; see the job through in its entirety. - 5/5 — Anonymous Recently I had Davis Door and Sash come-out and do an estimate on installing French doors and the movement of a light switch at the top of my stairs. My intent was to block off this area from my two cats and to make this a private space for potential visitors. I coordinated with Pam with the estimate and also with potential work schedules. Joey was amazing when I had to shift the schedule when I was not available due to other commitments. Both Pam and Joey were extremely accommodating which made my life so…much easier. The head of my team was Joey along with co-workers Bud and HK. At the beginning “per discussions with Joey” he knew that I wanted the French doors with trim and hardware to mimic the rest of the house. To say that it wasn’t a home run would be an understatement! The meticulous detail is evident in everything from the French door frame installation, carpentry (trim work) to the painting. The photo's below show you before and after! I have several other projects on the horizon and they will be the only company that I use….
