We contacted Davids Continuous Gutter to get an estimate to replace our existing 5"gutters and down spouts with 6" gutters and gutter guards. Davids was selected since they had repaired the gutters on the house we previously owned. One week after we left the message David came to the house, discussed the scope of the work (to include several problems that needed fixed), the color that we wanted and to provide an estimate on the spot. The price was very reasonable. It took about a month for all the materials to be received. Jeff and Jeremy were the installers. They were professional, courteous and concerned about doing a good job. Upon arrival we walked around the house and discussed the problems that needed addressed during installation. About an hour after they arrived David stopped by to make sure everything was progressing. Anytime the installers had a question about how we wanted the placement or installation modified (due to the construction of the house), they would stop and talk with we. Jeff and Jeremy found that approximately 80% of the original gutters on the house were installed incorrectly (gutters over the drip edge instead of under) causing the drainage problem on the back side of the house. I waited until it rained to provide this review. All of the drainage problems with the gutters are gone. We are very happy with the quality of installation and materials. Good Job!

DCG has been a major problem-solver for me. When I bought this house two years ago, DCG installed much-needed new gutters all the way around. The workers (Jeff and Jeremy) were friendly, professional and very good at answering questions, explaining their work, and cleaning up after themselves. All was copacetic.
About a year later, I hired another company to put a new roof on my porch and as a part of that job that company put a gutter along the porch roofline. It's been a mess - The gutter wasn't joined properly, water cascaded onto the porch every time it rained and created a major mudhole below. I asked for repair - it was clear that they had no expertise or skill and left it worse than when they started.
So I called David at DCG for advice and assistance - Jeff and Jeremy came and assessed the problem and made fast work of repair. The gutter supplied by the other company was the wrong size and hadn't been installed correctly. The DCG workers made two visits and corrected all of the problems - they were really good at explaining what they were doing and why. And now I'll be able to sit on my porch during our WV rainstorms without getting drenched! I'd recommend this group to anyone both for installation of new gutters and, as needed, for problem solving old installations by others. Thanks to the boss AND the crew!

David Continues Gutters finally came out after 2 months there original quote over the phone was 1200 dollars to clean my gutters. I had to replace to pieces of gutter on the top and corner pieces where it was clooged. They told me my gutters were clean and not need of cleaning. Today I received a email that my bill was still 1200 dollars, I told him that they did not clean them other than the 2 corners spots that were clogged. His response was they inspected them. I didn't pay just to be inspected I thought they were supposed to be cleaned. I don't have a problem with paying for work that needs done and extra for repairs. I would not recommend them. The guys performing the work was professional.

Ok so they came out within a month. So now he is going to have a passing contest with me. First of all the gutters are not all clean. They might not have debris in all but I never seen a invoiced until work was completed so when you write up a invoice all I asked was what it cost for the three line items you charged me for. All you had was a total price, I have been doing my business for over 34 years and would never do the customer one way and just have a blanket invoice, never after they were done did you tell me of any sub standard leaf gutters were installed. All I wanted was to be told what it cost. 2 8 ft pieces were attached along with 2 or 3 corners and about 10 brackets to hold gutters to the house. Remember when I first talked to me you had a attitude because you told me you was really busy and couldn't give me a straight answer then when you looked at the house you said oh yeah them gutters are high up there like you didn't even care to take the job, so if you didn't want to do it you should of passed on the job. Don't get mad now that someone is telling the truth of the work that was done. I will pay the bill when what the invoice says was done it said clean out all the gutters and inspect them. Or update the invoice to what work was actually done. In our first conversation it was only to clean gutters and yes I understand we had to repair some issues which makes since. Sincerely Jarrett

Well the rain came tonight and I looked at the back gutter across the back of the house. I have never seen water just pour out from the entire gutter leaking but whete you replaced is not leaking but something is not working properly but you said they were inspected but you never told me of any recommendations. Just saying.

David's Continuous Gutter (now DCG Services) installed replacement gutters on my home ~20 years ago and they are still solid.

Had some overflow recently and worried that gutters might need more than just routine cleaning. David came out and discussed, crew came out within the week and cleared gutters, checked to make sure that they were secure.

We had a drenching rain within hours after they left, and it was wonderful to see that there was no longer a column of water streaming off one end of the house.

David's/DCG did a gutter installation that has worked well for ~20 years, and they recently did a cleaning and inspection that was reasonably priced and took care of an overflow problem. Thanks!
