I will note that the communication directly with the owner has been very professional and responsive. My initial review of this company was a poor rating. I had high hopes for this company. Initially they were responsive. Once the work was done they were difficult to get a hold of and did not return phone calls. The only way that they responded was through email and would not let me speak to anyone directly. My pool did not function properly after the install of the heat pump despite another company trying to fix the issues caused after install. Now it is functional, but not the way it was before the install. - 5/5 — Anonymous They did an excellent job installing the electrical wiring for our new pool. They were a professional and knowledgeable company. Additionally, they installed surge protectors for the pool and a whole-house surge protector at a reasonable price. - 5/5 — Anonymous The Pruette Electrical team is amazing. The 2 technicians show up to wire my pool and 2 ceiling fans. They were on time explained what they were going to do. They spent the whole day working most businesses were only working a 1/2 day because of New Years. Even though they didn’t finish, they told me they would be back next week to finish. They both were very polite and cleaned up as they were working, and after they were done that alone is hard to find. I know finding good quality people is hard these days but these 2 are a great team and my neighbor came over when the left and made the same comments. He will be calling Pruette Elect to get somethings he needs done.Thank you David and the Pruette Team. - 2/5 — Anonymous Pruette''s electric was hired by Crystal pool to do the electrical work. Crystal pools is Awesome, but Pruette's electric, not so much. I have found Pruette's electric to be unreliable! The overall installation is fine, but the delays from them have really slowed down the completion of my pool. They were late by a week with the initial installation and then they failed the final inspection a week ago and it is still not fixed. They tell me they ordered the parts and that is the last I heard from them. At this point I doubt I would use them again much less recommend them based on reliability. That is just extremely important to me! I have recommended Crystal pools to a friend but I cautioned them on using Pruette's to do the electrical....expect delays! - 3/5 — Anonymous Don't be in a hurry.... Called Tuesday and someone was to call me back to get on the schedule. We call back two days later because no one ever called. Now we are told they can't get out until next week. We shall see if next week really means next week since time is not their strong suit. Hosting a huge party for the soccer team this wknd. Hope the pool holds out.
