Dave and rest of staff are easy to talk to and work with. I felt overall they did a very good job at replacement. They even replaced a couple of parts which was originally questionable if needed to be done, which was a nice touch. Good price and everything has worked properly since replacement. A couple of minor items that prevents me from giving 5 stars. During replacement, a couple of visually noticeable things occurred, which would have been nice to have let me know that it did occur. One item, after working with it after replacement, I came to conclusion that it was unavoidable in order to do the work. Other item, which perhaps they did not realize happened, was some PVC cement that got on the floor below a drain pipe they installed. On a follow up, they gave advice on how to clean it up, which was good. Unfortunately, that appeared to not be a good choice for the floor that I have.
