It wasn't someone who's been to our house before. In fact he had only been with the company for a few months. He raved at how clean our unit was and how he didn't have to do as much work as he would normally have to do. But, he did something different, he used our outdoor hose to put water up through our exterior drain. He mentioned something about having to fill the P-Trap so the system would drain properly. No one had ever done this before. By midnight our unit had completely shut down and there was water all over our floor inside our home. My husband had to completely clean the drain out with the shop vac.
