  Steven and Rodrick have 25+ years of experience each, and did a great job installing two water heaters. Steven came up with the idea to raise the plumbing instead of using flex hoses that wear overtime. They also went old school and solder everything, both great decisions. The only thing I wasn’t aware of is the water heaters are off the shelf from Lowe’s. I assumed they would be commercial grade from a plumber supply house. On the flip side I was able to register the warranty directly with AO Smith through Lowe’s website, which should make it easier to service in the future. Lastly both units passed city inspection! Office staff was friendly. The owner was nice and cordial; no pressure to buy. Thank you!

  Great communication with reasonable pricing. Rodrick came out and provided a quote to fix a leak under the sink, which required a new faucet. He was very professional, courteous and worked swiftly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job before he left.

  Quick and easy! Almost got scammed by another company but Dallas plumber did not try and upsell me anything. Just replaced parts for the two toilets I was having issues with and confirmed for me that my emergency stops were working (I was told they would need replacement). Thank you for the honest and good quality work!

  Gust came in a timely manner and fixed my faucet leak and went above and beyond to provide additional guidance on what to do in the future to avoid things like this. The experience was great and would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
