He was professional and able to fix the issue quickly. Also, I was impressed by the cost and how affordable it was. I will need a new furnace and ac unit next year and Andrew was also able to give me a quote as well. After no heat for almost 2 days with zero degree temps, it was nice to finally have the furnace repaired and not replaced. The furnace igniter bit the dust. It was something we could tolerate for a day, to avoid the extra weekend rates, which I anticipated to be higher, understandably. There were a lot of reviews about honesty, efficient, reasonably priced, and quality work. From my first phone call into the company, I found this true. I ended up with a gentleman named Ben who actually listened to my concerns and he made sure he addressed every one of them before he left! My humidifier wasn’t working and his option was to clean the line first and instead of automatically upselling you some part you didn’t really need. He was very patient in explaining settings and what I needed to do when I asked him to show me. He automatically put covers on his shoes the moment he walked in my place. I would highly recommend this company again along with my technician Ben. With the even colder weather expected to roll in this weekend I was stressing. Everyone else I called couldn’t make it until Monday, I was expecting anybody that was able to come out today was going to charge an arm and a leg just to look at it, but Andrew was able to come out the same day (Friday) & his Diagnostic fee was super fair as was the estimate. He also gave me helpful information on maintenance and provided an estimate for what I can expect when I’m ready for a new furnace. He wasn’t pushy at all—just making sure I was informed since my furnace is getting close to the end of its lifespan. I really appreciate his quick response and professionalism!
