From the very beginning, they gave me confidence that they fully understood the challenge and were thoughtful and strategic in determining the best way to address it. Unfortunately, the HVAC system went out at a beach rental property, which obviously impacted our ability to rent the home and created inconvenience for guests. After I explained the urgency of the situation, Steve and his team made every effort to fit me in quickly and expedited the service call. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they worked seamlessly with my property manager to coordinate access to the property. They also helped facilitate energy-saving credits and rebate programs, which was greatly appreciated. The new equipment looks fantastic, performs exactly as expected, and the overall communication from start to finish was exceptional. While they may have been slightly more expensive than some other options, the added cost was well worth it for the level of expertise, professionalism, and confidence they provided. They clearly understood both the technical challenges and the equipment, committed to a tight and compressed timeline, and delivered on everything they promised. Very experienced and knowledgeable and worked to test all functions of third party thermostat. They respected our house and left the area clean. All around great job and cheaper than other quotes. 1/20/26 — Custom Mechanical replaced second heat pump unit and associated air handler. Same team of Ed, Kenny and David.
