Joe, the install manager, came out to verify the order and document the install process. Two young installers came out on October 17 at 10 AM, as scheduled, and began by working on the window. By noon it became apparent that they would not complete the install by the end of the day. I called customer service and Joe said he would be on site ASAP. Joe arrived with a 4th man and all 4 worked until after 6 PM to finish the project. I cannot speak highly enough about this level of customer service. I will be replacing all my windows over the next few years and because of Joe and his team I will use Custom Built going forward. - 5/5 — Anonymous I wanted to give a long term review. Had a sliding custom 3 pane sliding door installed a year and half ago and it it's been holding up very well. The materials used and the installation are top notch quality.
