CRC Plumbing was the most competitive and installed our system. We encountered a difficult to diagnose issue with our propane supply, causing repeated visits in order to find a solution. I worked with several members of their staff, and each was professional and very pleasant to work with. In the end, they helped to solve our issue, even though it was not caused by the unit they installed. We am very happy with our new tankless water heater, and CRC Plumbing and Air. They gave multiple options for repairs and replacements of a water heater with reasonable prices for each. They were patient explaining and I never felt pressured or rushed. There were some additional issues (outside of their control) during the work and they stayed late to make sure we had hot running water while we waited for an additional part.
