Through the entire process, everyone we dealt with was helpful, professional and honest. Like everyone, they are human, and when there was a small miscommunication issue due to a new employee, they went above and beyond to make up for it and continue to earn our confidence. Hannah was amazing to work with, and my only complaint was that we didn't get to work with her more. ;) Jose and all of the crew were helpful and easy to work with, and I'd definitely use Cox again. I worked with Pat specifically for almost 6 months to have insurance finally accept the damage and get the roof replaced. He helped me through the many hurdles we have encountered. My insurance company was extremely hard to work with and Paul Gemmer and Jon Thomas battled them with me for almost a year. They were extremely knowledgeable on how to navigate the insurance process and it resulted in me getting my insurance to pay for a complete replacement. As soon as we got the green light to replace the roof, they knocked it out in a single day. Initially I was hiring for gutter replacement, but my roof was punctured by a tree a few weeks later so they did everything. Jose was very knowledgeable & caring. He answered every question and I had a lot of them! He made sure I received the correct type of roof for my house based on the level of pitch. He explained the steps/process I would be going through w different staff members as they worked w my insurance co.. Each person was kind & efficient. When doing my roof they worked morning til dark. One man went above the call of duty. The area around fireplace was being difficult. With it black out, he took up lights & worked alone til 9:30 finishing correctly! It was supposed to storm that night & it did! The only things I wish the workers would have done better was pick up after themselves more. And no one told me a large amount of old roofing nails were going in my yard. That was potentially a punctured dog paw. - 5/5 — Anonymous We had a major hail and wind storm come through where everyone in our neighborhood had to get new roofs, gutters, some had windows broken as garage door damage! Numerous companies and sales people came by just trying to gain a quick customer. None of them took the time to really talk to me. One day Cam came by and he was super friendly. He was the only person to really take the time to show and explain to me the damage as well as what Cox would do to replace and even upgrade everything!! He is the reason why I chose to use Cox roofing! Like I said there was very wide spread damage and Cam worked directly with me and my insurance company to get everything covered fully! I was kept in the loop about everything and they even replaced my roof when we were on vacation as to not disturb my family! 5 stars for Cam and Cox roofing!
