They buried downspouts and fixed some grading issues the builder left us with before finishing off with aerating and overseeding. They spent all day working their butts off and everything so far looks great. Great communication and they were on time to do the work. Andy came today to do the sprinkler system winterization. He was very polite, took the shoes off to go to shut off the basement, discussed the whole process with me and also checked if there are any ongoing issues with the system. He did very good and quality job, very satisfied with the staff, service, scheduling and price. Brent came and spent a good hour reviewing and measuring the area, taking pictures and talking with me about what I was looking for with the landscaping. Unfortunately, I didn’t know what I wanted and wasn’t very clear. Brent went back and prepared a first draft rendering based on me saying I wanted it to be amazing. It would have been beautiful but it didn’t seem to fit the country vibe for my cottage pool. I also felt the project was too big and we decided to break the project into phases. That didn’t deter Brent, he came and met with me and my sister and prepared a second rendering and this time he hit it out of the park. Phase one was completed in August and the results absolutely exceeded my expectations. I love the variety of new perennials and hydrangeas, the ground cover plants and dogwood tree, the flagstone walkways to the parkway, and that they incorporated existing yucca’s, hostas, and irises into the design. But my favorite thing is the new wood stake and rope fence that they put in to separate the parkway from the pool area. After he was done aerating I had some questions concerning leveling and overseeding my lawn. He was more than willing to listen to and answer my questions.
