Caleb showed up on time, assessed the issue and took time to explain everything. I also showed him our old water heater (20 yrs old) that I knew would eventually need replaced and was in a very tight spot that would require dismantling some of our HVAC to remove. He gave us a fair price for replacing it and did it in the same day, making the job that originally would have taken about 1-2 hrs an 8 hr day. I was happy with their work and they left the space cleaner than before.
