Core Plumbing did a free estimate and I also appreciate the transparency. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and helpful! He explained what was wrong, what he was doing, and why, which I truly appreciate. They ended up fixing the water pressure (which was reading at 82 versus the 65 that it should be), replacing the air gap, the air admittance valve, and replaced the piping that was previously glued (so if there is blockage, we can easily remove and clear the pipe and put it back on). He also advised of additions that would be helpful, but did not try to oversell me, which I appreciate and have written down his recommendations. The work was done within the day and I couldn’t be happier, a bunch of stress off the shoulders - thank you, Kevin, and Core Plumbing!
