I have an older set of units and they always seem to go down after normal business hours. I have had to call twice this summer for such cases. I am able to reach their on call service at night and on weekends. Both times I had a service call executed within 1 1/2 hours. Both repairs were successful and reasonably price service call visits. My last call I had the technician Edward. He was meticulous in the repair and also noticed that my unit needed cleaning. He stayed the extra 1/2 hour to save me a future call as the unit needed this service. I highly recommend Cooper and they even fixed my pool heater this summer. It is a one stop shop!!! It needed more cleaning than normal and he took the time too make sure to get things cleaned up and tested! I felt like he really cared to make sure we had things done well! I will be having them service our condo rental HVAC twice per year! They do a very thorough job to insure everything is good. They are reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend this company. Negligence on their part in air conditioner maintenance has caused water damages to my ceiling. . (Confirmed by previous supervisor who replaced the cracked pipe that should have been noticed when they were in the crawl space for air conditioner check up.) supervisor planned on repairing ceiling but change of management (supervisor is now gone)has created an issue in which this company does not want to take responsibility for the damages they have caused.
