They showed me the cracks in the furnace. I checked with other bids for a furnace replacement and Conan beat all bids by 30% or more. I had a new working furnace just 2 days after my first interaction with them. I appreciate the workers they sent. All interactions have been positive. I recommended them for all house and/or business heating needs. The installers we're great. I hope Jason receives a Kudos for his timeliness and professionalism. He returned a day later to redrill an exhaust. I didn't love the options I'd been presented. Then, Conan Heating & Air came by. The guy arrived on time, was straightforward with me, and thorough when explaining the costs. When I explained the safety issue with our current furnace, he knew exactly what was happening. He easily answered all my questions & had no issue reworking the quote to include a new water heater. I had a bunch of questions about a tank tankless vs. Traditional water heater. Again, I was impressed at his level of knowledge and ability to explain stuff to me on my level. I asked him straight up why he was cheaper than some of the other quotes I had gotten. He gave some possible reasons, but he never talked poorly of the other heating and air places in the area. For the install, the two guys were nice, respectful, willing to let me and my daughter watch some of the more interesting parts. These guys were a lot of fun, but were still very professional. We had an issue about a week after the install (on a weekend, of course🙄) where the furnace wasn't blowing any air. Admittedly, it did take a couple tries to reach the on call guy. But once we did, he was at our house within the hour. He quickly figured out the issue and resolved it on the spot. I thought Conan was great. - 5/5 — Anonymous AMAZING! Originally had some other company take a look at my furnace that stopped working. They wanted $1,400 for the repair and suggested I just replace the unit with a new one for $9,000 or $12,000. I wanted a second opinion, and I am so glad I called Conan Heating and Air Conditioning. They were able to have someone come and take a look very quickly (Jason). Jason was very experienced and walked me through everything he was doing. He got things up and running quickly and spent a lot of time talking me through things and double checking and testing things. All of this just for $150. An honest and great company.
