These clowns tried to sell my wife a new system after looking at a rather dirty air handler & a 3 month old air filter. I spoke to them and challenged them and they then looked to see that the panel breaker had tripped and other than getting the air handler cleaned and the t stat replaced the system worked. So while we do need the air handler cleaned we absolutely do not need a new unit.
