Proposal was all inclusive, showed up for installation when promised and returned when required to add glycol to the system, install thermostats and remain on site to insure system working properly. John was very knowledgeable and left no stones unturned to insure system working satisfactorily. Very satisfied and would highly recommend their services and products! - 5/5 — Anonymous Proposal was detailed, timely and inclusive of all materials and installation costs. Comfort by Design was responsive, showed up when they said they would to install. Returned when necessary to fill radiant heat system with glycol, fire up our Combi boiler, install thermostats and monitor system to make sure it was functioning properly. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC service - 5/5 — Anonymous Our heater did not kick on all night long on Monday night Tuesday morning my wife called Comfort by Design Tuesday morning at 8 o’clock and by 3 o’clock Tuesday afternoon, the service technician was at our house to take a look at our thermostat in our heater. I was impressed with Comfort by Design because, when she called into the service department, the first thing they asked her over the phone, was please check your batteries in your thermostat and it would save us from having have a service call if it was just the batteries in the thermostat. That was very professional to try to troubleshoot it over the phone for us first. Julie was the service technician that came out and he was very thorough about checking out the furnace and seeing if it would be just a service call to replace the blower motor and the transformer and what the price difference would be vs. what it would be to replace the entire 25 year-old furnace. After looking at both prices, that were very thorough again we decided to replace the entire furnace. They were able to set us up on Wednesday. The two technicians came out again, very professional and did a beautiful job of installing our new furnace. I would 100% recommend Comfort by Design For Service calls in for a new furnace or air conditioner. I was very impressed by the way they handled the entire thing, from the call to the service department to check our batteries to come out to the install of our new furnace. - 2/5 — Anonymous I waited 5 years before I left this review. We had a new furnace and A/C installed in 2020. The first few years it was fine. But without fail, a few times a year now our furnace will just stop heating correctly. Sometimes I can just shut it off for an hour or so and turn it back on and it's fine. But seemingly a couple times a year, I have to call someone out to inspect it and something is almost always wrong. I keep up on all maintenance and replacing filters.
