On Monday, after 12+inches of snowfall, CWA technician Branson arrives and begins dismantling the old furnace. About an hour or so later another CWA technician Joshua arrives to help. I was extremely impressed with Branson and his work ethic. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. I could tell from his actions that he was very experienced and confident in what he was doing. Totally focused on the task at hand in a systematic way.
