  I will miss my wonderful mechanic shop! When I had my Range Rover, Richard and his team helped me out tremendously! I highly recommend their services. The only thing is that I wish they had a loaner vehicle. Maybe some day! I was treated with dignity, fairness and respect at all times. :)

  I am so happy I found this group!  Excellent no nonsense care of my Rover.  Service was completed in reasonable time…not weeks.  Priced very reasonably.  Totally trust after this visit and looking forward to working with in the future for ALL my Rover care.  Richard very friendly at the desk too.  Thanks again!!

  If I could I would give 0 stars. They had my car for over a month. I went through a warranty. They ordered the incorrect part to fix my car and this car part ended up doing more damage to my car. They told another mechanic they knew it was the wrong part and installed anyway. I am out $1000. They weren’t communicative to me as the owner of the vehicle. I’m canceling the warranty, not returning and though they express to be a Rover expert exposing them for negligence. Also I am severely disabled and have a small baby and no trust to go back to them to have this repaired correctly. Do not trust!!!!

  If you own a Land Rover, just save yourself the money, time, and hassle, and bring it to Todd & the guys at Columbia. They have the deep knowledge and experience driving, building, and fixing these rigs themselves, and they’re able to cut to the chase on everything from gnarly engine issues, to various overland upgrades, to sourcing the best value on parts for routine replacements and repairs. I’ve owned 4 different Land Rovers at this point, and they have always taken care of me, and are honest and responsive every single time. Super solid shop.

  We have been using Columbia Rovers for two years now, and have nothing but great things to say about them.  They are courteous, professional, reasonably priced and always willing to take the time to explain suggested repairs before moving forward.  Most importantly, they make sure the work is done in a satisfactory manner every time - and they will keep working until it is 100% right.  Mike is friendly and helpful on the phone and in the shop, and I am so thankful that we found them!
