John the owner and Megan the office manager are very friendly and worked with us to make sure our order and install went smoothly. We were completing a renovation on our Master Bath Room and wanted to have a glass enclosure and door for the shower area. I hate track slide doors, as they are so hard to keep clean, etc. Cochran Glass worked with us from the very beginning by coming over before demolition of the Master Bath to provide insight and advice on the size of the shower based on how the glass could be installed. Their input helped us to make our final decision making our shower bigger than we were originally planning. They also provided us with key information on when to contact them again to come out for the measurements for a perfect fit and to ensure the glass order would arrive in a timely manner to ensure the renovation would not be delayed. The glass order arrived early and they came out the next day to complete the install. The installation went smoothly with no mess or issues. John informed us about possible adjustments that may be needed after a few weeks and provided key cleaning instructions, etc. They informed us of a current rebate on the glass shield, even though small, it was nice they thought to tell us about it. They provided us all the information we needed to submit the rebate form. A few weeks later, we called Cochran Glass to come out to make a small adjustment on the glass door. They were quick to come over and make the necessary changes. We are extremely happy with the product and working with such great people and company.
