I wholeheartedly recommend! DETAILS: I was in the market for a water heater. I am not a plumber so I headed to a big box store. They sent a plumber for a recommendation that was astronomically high - so I called Cloverdale to avoid being ripped off. Justin, the owner, was kind enough to talk through my options on tanks and install. He spent a great deal of time working with me and making sure I understood my choices. He never rushed me and treated me respectfully. He gave me a fair quote (MUCH MUCH more reasonable than the first bid!). And he steered me towards a tank brand I am comfortable with (very happy he talked me out of my first uneducated choice). He sent two professional and kind young men who worked diligently. They were very respectful of my property, time, and also answered my myriad questions. They were timely, clean, and professional. You can tell they moved with a practiced and professional hand. I would name them here, but I want to respect their privacy - but these guys are fantastic plumbers!! The tank is great, improved, and working well. They gave me straight tips on operation and maintenance. And the lady who set up the appointment was very courteous, kind, and welcoming. All phases of my experience with this company was a delight. But importantly, too, they were very honest with the pricing. It was fair and honest. It was an exceptional value for such a good experience. Also, I live remotely. I appreciate that they were willing to come up to where I live to do work. I live south of Idaho City - it is much appreciated that they were willing to come out.
