We then reached out to said plumber to continue the discussion and plan, he ghosted us. We then reach out to clog dawg. They answered right away, scheduled a day and time. The professionalism sold it for me. I called the following day to reschedule the time to start the job, and it was smooth. Having the right equipment and the skill to use it made this look easy, and didn't damage the old pipes. I then asked him to jet several other drainage lines and the main sewer line as preemptive maintenance. I'm very happy with Steve and Clog Dawg's prompt service and great price, I won't need to worry with these again for many years.
