She was wonderful and scheduled us quickly for the same morning. The technician was there even sooner than expected. The technician took the time to explain the work and made such a positive impression. The air conditioner was fixed right then. The cost was fair and less than expected under the circumstances. Actually, this was a very positive experience if you can say that about a non-working air conditioner.
