The technician, Christian, was very good. He fixed one problem because he thought that would take care of the issue and when it didn't he scheduled to come out and take another look. We found another issue and are currently working on getting that taken care of. Christian was very patient, understanding and hard-working. I truly appreciate the honesty that this company uses.
