Clean Energy USA took care of everything from the permitting process, to the scheduling, and installation. From the first day I reached out to the day the panels were operational, it took a total of three full months, which is not bad considering the utility company in my area is generally slow with service requests. I believe Clean Energy USA earns a five star review. There are only two things I can think of that I can leave constructive criticism on:

1. The first satellite image provided a mock-up plan of the panel placement on the wrong house (opposite side of my street). I don't think this is necessarily Clean Energy USA's fault, as Google Maps did not have my address on their map for some reason. I had to reach out to Google Maps to get it added. I am leaving it as feedback, as sometimes online maps may be inaccurate and extra verification might be needed to ensure the correct house is being evaluated for panel placement.

2. On the day the panels were installed, the technician needed access to my attic. After completing the necessary work, the access panel to the attic was not fully shut and, the next day, I noticed there was a roughly 1" gap between the access panel and where the access panel should have been seated to create an air-tight seal. I suspected this because the heat was running more than usual later that evening and throughout the night. I will say it has been colder than usual recently, so I am sure that is also a factor in the heat running longer than usual. Anyway, it took me one second to push the access panel to the side and it fell back into place. Take just an extra minute or two to ensure you leave the home in the condition you find it in. :)

My Clean Energy solar system hadn't been serviced in several years. I requested a service call. Alexis Musser from customer service reached out almost immediately to let me know that their remote monitoring system showed my unit was operating properly. That quick update saved me a service fee and gave me real peace of mind.

Clean Energy USA installed my solar system about 4 years ago. They did a great job technically and with communication. There were some issues with the inverter (not CEUSA's fault) and their staff, particularly Alexis and Lyn, always provided world class service to smooth things over. One couldn't ask for better support and responsiveness. No regrets about choosing CEUSA, I wouldn't change a thing.

We were involved with a lame business from Texas to get our solar placed on our roof. They failed to follow through, so we called Clean Energy and within two weeks we had a plan in place, down payment made, and our loan approved within two weeks. Soon we had our PV panels on the roof and one week later inspected, and a few days later operational. I don’t give five stars easily, but this team deserves every one of them and then some. They were so efficient and professional throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for your solar needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had Tesla install PV panels for us previously, but we think Clean Energy USA did an even better job!

One of the reasons we went with Clean Energy was we felt we needed a lot of support. We are a large non-profit so the paperwork was all new to everyone. We finally got the project finished after a year. Alexis and Griff were very helpful leading us to a successful installation. I’m glad we decided to go with them for our partner.

## FAQ
**Q: Why choose Clean Energy USA for solar installations over national companies in Delaware?**
A: As Delaware's #1 solar provider since 2007, Clean Energy USA offers localized knowledge of state-specific regulations, weather impacts on solar efficiency, and community-focused service that national firms can't match. We're big enough to serve thousands of installations yet small enough for personalized attention, ensuring high-quality PV and battery integrations. Homeowners trust us for reliable, warrantied systems that deliver long-term energy savings.
