  Chris was the 4th plumber to come to my house. The first 3 walked away with the promise to get back to me with more details but were never to be heard from again. So, you can imagine my relief when I called Chris at City Plumber and had my plumbing fixed within 90 minutes. Very professional and the communications is exceptional.   I had an early morning shower gone bad!  The shower handle broke and I could not turn off the water.  The tub was filling up fast!  I called City and left a distressed call and asked for immediate help.  They called me back immediately and said the truck would be at my house within 30 minutes. Chris showed up in 20!  He quickly assessed the situation, found the cut off and stopped the water. He told me what was wrong, what it needed, and let me know he had the part on the truck.  I was thrilled with the responsive and professionalism.   City Plumbing is on my speed dial.  Thank you Amanda and Chris.
