Once we settled on the option of new water heater, a new shower cartridge (which was truly needed), and a water regulator, he got right to work to complete two of the three repairs without hesitation. When he ran into a supply issue, he went back to the warehouse to get exactly what he needed. Though we had to wait an extra day for the water heater, Daniel was immediately there at the earliest to begin the repair. He was also open to our request to double-check an issue we noticed with one of the repairs from the day prior and solved the problem effectively and efficiently. He was able to install our new water heater and remained calm through a difficult problem that arose while he was finishing the job.
