We purchased our first house this summer and it has been nothing short of a nightmare experience. But what made it a little less chaotic was the support and service from the team at Christian. James came and helped us to make the decision to get a new unit for the house. With his guidance and instruction to fit our needs and budget that we could afford. We only had to wait 2 days for the installation team to fit us on the schedule and we are up and running and the house is heating up nicely. Now we just need to learn the new technology. Being older we do not often learn how to operate the newest technology. But it’s touch screen - 5/5 — Anonymous Service performed was a routine semi-annual maintenance on my geothermal unit. Technician was on time, courteous and professional. Explained everything he was doing as he checked the system. Determined that the capacitor, while functioning, was operating with lower than ideal capacity and recommended replacement sooner than later. Suggested that the coils needed cleaning. The installers were amazing. They got to work and didn't stop until the job was done. My basement was cleaner when they left than it was when they got here. I'm glad that I chose them. - 1/5 — Anonymous Do not patronize. Absurd and fraudulent experience that is going to lead to litigation. I purchased a new system from Christian in October of 2025 for $36K+. This system ostensibly included a 5 year warranty for parts and labor. It failed on 2/8. Christian came the next day. Supposedly need parts that have no firm arrival date. It is now 2/25. No one will answer my calls. I cannot get anyone to confirm when if ever the system will work again. They do not care about the terms of their contracts. Literally the most ridiculous experience I have ever had working with any service provider. If you do a single dollar’s worth of business with this company I am sorry. Please feel free to contact me directly if you would like any details. He also worked on the humidifier, which has not worked correctly since it was installed. Many technicians have worked on it but I think Samuel is the first one to fix it.
