My radiator heating boiler stopped working and I had no idea what was wrong. Even though Orlando didn’t have much experience with the specific system I have, he took his time, carefully diagnosed the issue, and figured out it was the heat sensor. He even went above and beyond and checked my furnace in the attic. He discovered that the wiring to my Rheem interface had been placed incorrectly by a previous installer, which caused the interface to burn out. He corrected the wiring, explained everything clearly, and made sure both my boiler and furnace were running safely before he left. He also installed a regular thermostat to prevent this issue from happening again. Today, for some reason, the radiator heating boiler stopped working again. I called Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor and they arranged for someone to come out later in the evening. About 15 minutes later, Orlando personally called me and said he’d be at my house in 30 minutes since he had a cancellation — and because he wanted to be the one to follow up, since he worked on it last time.
