I had a broken shower pan but wasn’t ready for a full bathroom remodel. They built a beautiful new tiled shower base and skillfully blended the tiling, even without access to the original tiles for the bottom rows. They also preserved my existing shower door, which I appreciated. I’m extremely happy with the outcome and would gladly hire them again. I wanted everything new, the tub removed and replaced with a shower, vanity, toilet, tile, lighting, and medicine cabinet. What I ended up with was a beautiful tiled bathroom, walk-in shower, and finishes you would find in an upscale hotel. Chicago Constructions saw my vision and executed it to a T. Avi and Ernesto followed up with me daily with progress reports, including pictures. Ernesto is a perfectionist, and his tiling skills are a solid 10.
