Communication was excellent. They were easy to reach by phone or text and very flexible with scheduling when changes were needed. Ricky was outstanding. He helped us with a wide range of tasks, including fixing an Ethernet cable, setting up a Tesla charger, troubleshooting issues with our electrical box, and installing dimmer switches. He also offered helpful suggestions tailored to our specific electrical needs. He was extremely detail-oriented and careful to make sure everything was done correctly.
