David replaced the toilet valve as it was indeed damaged and replaced the cartridge in the shower handle which was a bit corroded as well as cracked a bit. The one outstanding aspect of David was his ability to communicate well. He patiently answered all my questions and even explained in detail what he had done even though I did not ask him to do so. It was evident to me, as a retired educator, that he was very knowledgeable about his work and appeared appreciative that he had helped me when I thanked him for a job well done!
