Heat condensation drain to outside freezing year after year resulting in no heat during coldest time of year. Previous company made a short lived bypass as needed for 5 years. Gave up and called Chapman's. Not only did they fix this problem reasonably, but fixed the drain pipe that had been leaking quickly. Yearly maintenance now to the company that cares! This is the first time working with this company and they are very I talked with Dan this morning about the situation with my home and getting the air conditioning unit ready for the summer. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and answer all of my questions to the T! He was able to immediately have Jeremy come by to do maintenance on the unit. Not only did Jeremy do a stellar job (and providing before and after pictures of the work) but also he walked me through everything he was doing step by step. We have used their simi-annual inspection service for several years and have been very satisfied.
