He is a person of integrity, competence and kindness. I had water leaking from my roof into my kitchen fan and was very concerned that it might be an expensive roof repair. Gunn personally answered his phone when I called and arranged to stop by my house the next day. He went on my roof and easily diagnosed and determined it was a problem with the flashing. I was so relieved when he sent me a very fair quote and also agreed to clean my gutters at a reasonable price during the same job repair time. Gunn stayed in contact with me throughout the scheduling process and completed the job professionally. He has a background in engineering, in addition to his contractor’s license and experience, which gave me a great deal of confidence and trust in his ability to fix everything! We discussed possible future projects, and he was kind enough to remember, on his own, to replace a missing screw on my gate, simply because I mentioned it during his initial visit.
