Long story short, we had to undergo a bathroom remodel and asked our contractor about this. Since we still had the leftover paint, the contractor confirmed that exterior latex paint was used. To address the recurrent surfactant leaching, our contractor had to redo the drywall. When CertaPro was contacted about this, they did not offer a resolution after having to contact them multiple times. It took over 2 weeks to even receive a response. Additionally, you are able to see where primer bleeds through on the bedroom ceiling after exposed to moisture from us showering in the master bathroom. For an $8,500 job, this is unacceptable. It saddens me that CertaPro was not able to work with me and offer a small refund for these issues.
