I’ve been very pleased with them in every way; 5 Stars. This job wasn’t quite a 5 Star but it’s good and we’re enjoying our refreshed spaces. - 1/5 — Anonymous High prices, low quality labor. Ruined almost every door knob and door hinge in our house. Paint spots on floors. Missing paint on trim. All the edges were rough. The chair rail they removed is clearly visible with rough spots all over the spackling. Trim wasn't primed before painting so it's chipping off. When we raised concerns, they had the audacity to say the problem was that we didn't pay to have the ceiling painted. And then the same people showed up without notice and then did an equally poor job redoing a small portion of the problem. And they send us spam mail every couple months seeing if we want to paint again. Crazy. Had to redo a bunch of it ourselves. Bradley was a great sales rep who got us our quote quickly and set up the start day of our project amazingly fast. Ed Morales and his team came to do the job and was very professional and nice. He went above and beyond and the job was done in 2 days. They were very efficient and worked hard. I appreciate that they wanted to get it done quickly but also be thorough with it so that we were satisfied with the job. They are nice, respectful, and great at their jobs. They cover everything in the room not being painted with plastic and they even removed some hooks that were anchored to the wall and repaired the wall after the anchors left decent size holes. The price might seem high based on the actual cost of paint but your paying for the labor and when you consider all that they actually do to end up with a professional paint job, it's well worth the cost! - 5/5 — Anonymous This is the second time I've used CertaPro. And again, I am thrilled with their company from estimate to completion. The painters went above and beyond to prep the rooms, prepare the walls and trim, and painting both. Sanding, priming,, painting. Walls, trim and ceiling. And they cleaned up afterwards and put all of the furniture back in place.
