Dan comes and looks at our concerns, tells us he'll have his employee fix it a certain way and it's never done that way. Today they were supposed to fix a couple areas under the warranty they provide. Yet again not fixed as Dan had explained it would be. Yet again looks like amateur hour. Communication is very much an issue. At this point I would've been better off fixing the areas myself. Example: first picture was taken March 6th when we saw the issue. Photo 2 was taken today after the crew left. We were told the area would be sanded and paint reapplied.
